2. Motorsport & Track Parts Disclaimer
Certain high-flow exhaust systems, catless downpipes, competition coilover suspensions, and race ECU maps are designed strictly for closed-course motorsport and track competition use. Customers are responsible for complying with local regional transport authority (RTO) guidelines and emission regulations.
3. Product Pricing & GST Invoicing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). OM Automobiles reserves the right to correct typographical pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising out of transactions with OM Automobiles shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
